U UniMonitor

One price per agency.

Not per client site. Look after five sites or eighty — what you pay depends on how much monitoring you need, not on how many clients you have.

Currency USD XAF

Franc prices are converted at a rate we set and hold. Card payments are charged in dollars, mobile money in francs.

Questions people actually ask

Is the free plan a trial?

No. Five monitors, checked every five minutes, with a status page and ninety days of history. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card. If that is all you need, use it.

Do my clients get billed, or see your name?

Neither. You are the customer. Your clients never receive anything from us, and a status page you publish carries your branding.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your checks keep running. You get three notices over nine days, then a week of grace with full service, and only then do checks pause. Nothing is ever deleted, and paying restores service immediately.

Can I change plan later?

At any time. Moving up starts the new period from the end of the one you already paid for, not from today. Moving down never deletes anything — monitors over the new limit stay readable and editable, you just cannot add more until you are under it.

Why are there two prices?

Because there are two ways to pay. Cards settle in dollars through Stripe; MTN and Orange mobile money settle in francs through Campay. The franc price is the dollar price converted at a fixed rate, so the two never drift apart.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can stop at any time.
